Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time through GlossGenius. If you must cancel an appointment after the 24 hour window, there is a 15% fee of service scheduled to be charged to the card on file. If you are a no call/no show, there will be a 50% charge to the card on file. After 3 no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within the 24 hour period, you will be charged a 75% charge for all subsequent no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within a 24 hour period.
